
Hey Gorgeous! Are you getting ready for Spring? I can’t wait to wear my fave dresses again when the temperature jumps up a bit :) We still have a few weeks, so it’s just the right time to get back in shape, Ladies! To increase your energy level and your general condition, after the long and dull Winter months, I recommend you start with a small detox. It’s also great preparation for starting a diet, as your body is released from all the toxic substances. Oh! And did I say that it’s super tasty too? So my beauty secret is to… Drink lemonade!
That’s right! Delicious lemonade will help you get back in shape quicker than you think! ;) Here you have two of my fave recipes to prepare these detox drinks ;)

SPICY LEMONADE
Mix 5 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of pure maple syrup and a pinch of cayenne pepper with 200 milliliters of mineral water. Leave the drink for 10 minutes and add some mint on top (mainly for the flavour and scent).
Drink 1-2 glasses of this lemonade daily for 5 days. During this period, try to avoide carbohydrates and dairy products as they’re stopping the detoxification process. If you can’t stop eating them completly, try to have just small portions of them.




GREEN LEMONADE
Put into a blender: 2 peeled medium sized apples cut into cubes, 1 peeled lemon cut into slices, 1/2 a cucumber, 6 celery’s stalks, 6 large pieces of kale and 2 cubic centimeters of freshy peeled ginger. Mix all these ingredientes together and add 100 milliliters of mineral water. (The more water you will add, the more lemonade consistency the drink will get). Enjoy drinking with ice!
Beauty hint: As this green lemonade/smoothie is also very nutritious, try to drink 2 glasses per day – one in the morning and one in the afternoon for the whole week. After this period look into a mirror and enjoy your glowing and healthy complexion! And believe me, that’s only one of the benefits of drinking this delicious and healthy drink!
