Being a jetsetter is fabulous, I’m not complaining, but… Jetting off to LA for award shows, Paris for shootings and Berlin for fashion shows leaves me with very little time for myself! So right now I am glad I have a short gap in my busy, yet very exciting life! I finally have the chance to show you some pictures of Bread & Butter in Berlin that I attended last weekend, it was so fashion and so fabulous!
For those of you who haven’t heard about Bread & Butter before, let me tell you a bit about it. It is a tradeshow for selected brands, an innovative trade fair event for the progressive and contemporary fashion & clothing culture junkies. It happens twice a year: once in Winter and once in Summer. I try and make it as often as possible!
As soon as I arrived in the huge hall at Berlin’s old Templehof airport, I could feel the hustle and bustle of the excited and competitive fashion industry experts, eagerly scouting for fresh talent and innovation. Their eyes flitting from one exhibition stand to the other. Me… I knew exactly where I wanted to go!
First stop Jeffrey Campbell! OMG I just can’t get enough of his extravagant creations, who thought someone could make feet look so beautiful!? I stayed a while at this stand swooning over the lustrous designs… Oh the Lita’s and Cleata’s… (Sigh!).
Quick veiw from up high! I love the time and effort these fabulous brands put in to making there exhibition corners so unique and inviting! Right… Where to next!?

After my coffee break, I took another wander through the stands and came across gorgeous male models skating on ice at the Hilfiger Denim space… I really wanted to join them! It looked liked fun!
I was glad to see my Bunny friends were not too far away! ;)
Turkish designer Denim brand Mavi offered something fun and interactive at their space at the tradeshow… Creative workshops in which you could take part, like making your own t-shirt!
The imagination and creativity was bursting at the seems at Templehof, it was one big competition: Who was the most cutting-edge brand?
I learned to love these two figures by Denim brand Mustang! Even if they did really creep me out to begin with!
