Paris Fashion Week 2013: easy chic from Beatrice Demulder Ferrant

Hey Fashionistas! On Thursday I went to see the fashion show from Beatrice Demulder Ferrant, a French designer who has been working in the fashion industry since almost 10 years now. The Haute Couture collection was rich in classical shaped creations from neoprene. Her designs you can sum up as ready to wear easy chic. Ferrant used also a lot of satin and silk with purple touches designing this collection. I liked it for her rock ‘n’ roll feeling, simplicity and sophistication.

Paris Fashion Week 2013: Yiqing Yin Spring Couture

Hey Fashionistas! 2 days ago I went to an amazing show of Paris Fashion Week 2013 - Yiqing Yin Spring Couture. The collection showed by this super talented designer was just a masterpiece of her craftsmanship. The creations were inspired by Russian sculptor, Naum Gabo, and you could actually see his strong influence in basically all the outfits. What I liked the most was the fact that the collection was surprising – a huge range of creations from Asian-style tuxedos to mini dresses.

PARIS FASHION WEEK BEGAN! THE IMPRESSIONS FROM THE CAPITAL OF FASHION!

Hey Fashionistas! Yesterday I went to my favorite show of Paris Fashion Week 2013 Haute Couture and I totally loved it! I saw plenty of magnificent creations by Bulgarian designers Livia Stoianova and Yassen Samouilov for On Aura Tout Vu’s Spring Summer 2013 Haute Couture fashion collection. If you don’t know those names Fashionistas, it’s about time to get familiar with them! Just have a look how beuatiful and suprising this collection is!

On Aura Tout Vu

The main theme of the collection was - the evolution of a cosmic beetle - and as you can see, the inspiration reflects in their creations. They dressed their models, using their totem animal in different ways, in shimmery statement collars, PVC sleeves and angular shoulder pads. The main materials and fabrics the duo used were: organza, satin and printed muslin. They played a lot with transparency, embroidery and light defragmentation created by Swarovski embellishments.
